中文摘要：以我国海洋生物医药产业发展现状为基础,交叉运用PEST-SWOT模型,分析我国海洋生物医药产业发展所处的政治、经济、社会、技术环境,并具体分析其面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,提出发展海洋生物医药产业的可选路径:加强海洋生物医药科技人才培养及科技研发力度,优化产业发展市场环境,以"互联网"+发展模式助力海洋生物医药产业,耦合发展要素、推动产业集群化发展。

外文摘要：Based on the present development of the marine bio-medical industry in China, by means of the PEST-SWOT analysis model, this paper analyzes the political, economic, social and technological environment of the marine bio-medical industry in China, as well as the confronted advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and challenges. Hence several optional solutions to its development are put forward, namely, strengthening the marine bio-medical science and technology personnel training and research work, optimizing the market environment, creating the ＂Internet ＋＂ development model, and promoting the industrial clusters by coupling the development factors.
