中文摘要:网约车是利用网络平台提供网络预约租车服务的新的商业模式。随着腾讯和阿里巴巴两大网络巨头对滴滴和快的网约车公司的注资,通过补贴大战的低价倾销,清洗了原来市场上40多家网约车公司后形成寡头垄断,随后滴滴和快的、Uber的合并更是加强了其在国内网约车市场寡头垄断地位。网约车的补贴大战以及"单边效应"的合并行为违反了现行价格法和反垄断法的相关规定,破坏了出租车市场的竞争秩序,损害了消费者利益,新政对网约车市场化导致出租车行业的不公平竞争。
外文摘要:Network Car is the new business model which uses network platform to provide network booking car rental service. With the investment of the two major Internet giant of Tencent and Alibaba on companies of DiDi and The Fast ride hailing, the two becomes car company oligopoly by means of the low cost dumpling of the subsidy war, which wipes more than 40 companies in the original market. And then, the merging of Didi Dache, the Fast Ride hailing and Uber strengthens the domestic network taxi market oligopoly. The subsidized wars and the "unilateral effect" of the merger of network operators violated the relevant provisions of the current price law and the antitrust law, undermining the competition order in the taxi market, damaging the interests of consumers. The New policy of Network Car leads to unfair competitions in the taxi industry.
