中文摘要:菠萝作为全球主要热带水果,其加工过程会产生占整果质量50%~60%的菠萝渣,若处置不当易造成环境污染与资源浪费。菠萝渣富含膳食纤维(DF)、菠萝蛋白酶、酚类及多糖等多种活性成分,具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤及抗病毒等多种生物学功能。在动物生产中,经青贮或发酵处理后,菠萝渣可以作为优质的非常规饲料。在反刍动物饲粮中添加菠萝渣,有助于调节瘤胃发酵,提高生长性能、产奶量及肉品质;在单胃动物中,适量添加可以改善猪的养分利用率和肠道健康,并提高家禽的免疫功能与肉品质;在水产动物中,则能够提高鱼类消化率、免疫力并降低养殖污染。然而,菠萝渣的高值化利用仍面临木质纤维素降解率低、高附加值产品缺乏及生物学效价评价体系不完善等技术问题。未来需致力于研发高效生物降解技术、建立完善的质量评价与控制体系,并构建产学研协同产业链模式,以充分挖掘菠萝渣的饲用潜力。文章综述了菠萝渣的营养特性、提取物生物活性及其在动物生产中的应用,为推动其高值化饲料利用提供参考。
外文摘要:As a major tropical fruit worldwide,the processing of pineapple pomace accounting for 50%to 60%of the whole fruit mass.Improper disposal may lead to environmental pollution and resource waste.Pineapple pomace is rich in various bioactive components such as dietary fiber(DF),bromelain,phenolics,and polysaccharides,exhibiting multiple biological functions including immunomodulatory,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antitumor,and antiviral activities.In animal production,after ensiling or fermentation treatment,pineapple pomace can serve as a high-quality unconventional feed.Adding pineapple pomace to the diet of ruminants helps regulate rumen fermentation and improves growth performance,milk yield,and meat quality.In monogastric animals,appropriate inclusion can enhance nutrient utilization and intestinal health in pigs,as well as improve immune function and meat quality in poultry.In aquatic animals,it can increase digestibility,boost immunity,and reduce aquaculture pollution in fish.However,the high-value utilization of pineapple pomace still faces technical bottlenecks such as low lignocellulose degradation efficiency,lack of high value-added products,and incomplete evaluation systems for biological efficacy.Future efforts should focus on developing efficient biodegradation technologies,establishing comprehensive quality evaluation and control systems,and building an industry-university-research collaborative industrial chain model to fully exploit the feeding potential of pineapple pomace.This article reviews the nutritional characteristics of pineapple pomace,the biological activities of its extracts,and its application in animal production,aiming to provide references for promoting its high-value utilization as feed.
