中文摘要:工程教育认证和新工科建设发展对一流课程建设提出了新要求,传统单一线下教学理念和教学方法难以适应“食品保藏原理”课程的教学发展。针对课程教学存在的主要问题,有机融合OBE和CDIO理念,通过课程教学体系重构、课程思政元素融入、线上线下混合式教学设计、多维实践教学融合等方面开展改革,建立CDIO理念的“食品保藏原理”混合式教学模式,为提升人才培养质量提供支撑。

外文摘要:The accreditation of engineering education and the evolution of new engineering education have generated fresh demands for the development of exemplary courses.The traditional single-line offline teaching concept and method are inadequate to meet the evolving needs of the Food Preservation Principles course.By addressing key issues in course instruction,an organic integration of OBE and CDIO concepts was achieved through restructuring the course teaching system,infusing elements of ideological and political education into the curriculum,designing blended online and offline teaching approaches,and incorporating multidimensional practical teaching.A blended teaching model based on the CDIO concept for Food Preservation Principles was established to enhance talent cultivation quality.
