外文摘要:N-doped carbon nanotubes (CNTs) arrays were fabricated via simply chemical modifying porous alumina membrane (PAM) with dopamine. The diameter of N-doped CNTs is about 60-70 nm. The N/C atomic ratio is calculated to be 0.05 and the main functionality is pyridone/pyrrole N. This chemical modifying method can be used to fabricate mass of N-doped CNTs arrays in one step with single raw material.
