外文摘要：The financial incentive mechanism of Shanxi Draft Bank＇s operators shows its the characteristics and creative part of the management control system . This article first elaborates the operator＇s selecting, then discusses the operator＇s short-term drive system and the long-term drive system-＂labor force shares＂, as well as the safeguard conditions of drive mechanism movement The author thinks that the successsful experience of Shanxi Draft Bank in incentive mechanism is helpful in research of how to arouse the enthusiasm of the modern enterprise＇s operators.
