中文摘要：随着全球化进程的持续推进,涉外法律事务日益繁杂,我国面临的国际法律环境日趋复杂。在此背景下,华为、中芯、中兴和字节跳动等国内优秀企业却多次受到美国的不公平制裁,因此,培养具备国际法律文化理解、能够参与国际秩序建设并掌握国际法律话语权的涉外法律人才显得尤为迫切。然而,目前我国涉外法律人才教育尚存诸多不足,如实践知识传授的系统性不足、教学内容与实践结合不紧密等。本文深入剖析了涉外法律人才的现状和需求,审视了涉外法律人才教育的现状,并提出了针对性的教育改革路径。通过优化课程体系、强化实践教育与校企合作、提升教师队伍建设等措施,旨在培养出具备创新思维、实践能力及国际视野的应用型涉外法律人才。

外文摘要：With the continuous advancement of globalization,cross-border legal affairs have become increasingly complex,and the international legal environment facing China has grown more complicated.Against this backdrop,outstanding Chinese enterprises such as Huawei,SMIC,ZTE,and ByteDance have repeatedly been subjected to unfair sanctions by the United States.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to cultivate foreign-related legal professionals who understand international legal cultures,can participate in the building of the international order,and hold the right to speak in international law.However,current education for foreign-related legal professionals in China still has many shortcomings,including insufficient systematic teaching of practical knowledge and poor integration of teaching content with real-world practice.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and demand for foreign-related legal professionals,reviews the status quo of their education,and proposes targeted paths for educational reform.By optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical education and university-enterprise cooperation,and improving the construction of teaching staff,this study aims to cultivate applied foreign-related legal professionals with innovative thinking,practical capabilities,and an international vision.
