中文摘要：从港澳珠三角可持续发展系统的功能结构出发,构建其可持续发展水平、可持续发展能力和可持续发展协调度3个垂直式指标群和反映经济、社会、人口、资源环境的水平式指标群相结合的递阶层次结构综合评价指标体系,选取1997–2005年连续9年的数据,运用层次分析法确定各层次指标的权重,建立综合测算模型,对港澳珠三角可持续发展的演变趋势及结构特征进行综合评价。结果显示:港澳回归以来,港澳珠三角可持续发展状况总体上是朝着好的方向发展,但就其内部结构特征来看,各准则层和领域层发展状况表现差异较大。

外文摘要：Based on the sustainable development function structure of Hong Kong-Macao-Pearl River Delta, a comprehensive evaluation indicator system is established, including three vertical indicator clusters namely the level, ability and coordination degree of sustainable development, and five horizontal indicator clusters namely economy, society, population, resource and environment. By selecting the related data from 1997 to 2005, with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） to determine weight of indicator at each level, a comprehensive measuring model is established, and the evolvement trend and structural characteristics of sustainable development of Hong Kong-Macao-Pearl River Delta are evaluated. The result shows that the sustainable development conditions have been getting better since Hong Kong and Macao returned to China. However, there is a great difference in development situation of rule hierarchy and realm hierarchy as for its inner structural features.
