中文摘要：围绕新工科建设理念,Python程序设计的教学应在知识传授和能力培养的基础上注重对学生价值塑造。该文综合考虑工科专业的教育发展趋势和需求,从港口航道及海岸工程专业人才培养方案出发,结合Python程序设计教学实际,深入充分地挖掘与Python程序设计课程思想一致的思政元素,创新思政元素的融入方式,建立基于产出导向(OBE)的Python程序设计实践案例教学模式,创新应用教学载体,加速推动工科专业课程思政建设。

外文摘要：Centered around the concept of new engineering,the teaching content of Python Programming Design should not be limited to knowledge transfer and skill development,but should also focus on value shaping to meet the demand for inter-disciplinary talents.This paper comprehensively considers the educational development trends and needs of engineering majors,deeply and fully explores the ideological and political elements in the course,starting from the“Talent Training Plan for Port,Waterway and Coastal Engineering”and the actual situation.By multi-angle approaches to ideological and political education teaching,establish an output oriented(OBE)Python programming teaching model to innovate application teaching carriers,and accelerate the construction of ideological and political education in engineering courses.
