中文摘要：该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对广州长隆水上乐园救生员的人员构成、工作安排、培训情况的现状进行调查与分析,结果表明:广州长隆水上乐园救生员整体文化素质水平较高,女性救生员占有一定的比例;岗位轮换制度合理,上岗总时间较长;岗前培训较为全面且高效,内容与工作相关联;训练模式包含有日常训练和救生技能竞赛。

外文摘要：By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the personnel composition,work arrangement and training situation of lifeguards in Guangzhou Changlong water park.The results show that the overall cultural quality level of lifeguards in Guangzhou Changlong water park is high,and female lifeguards account for a certain proportion;the job rotation system is reasonable,and the total working hours are longer than usual;the content of pre-job training is comprehensive,efficient and work-related;the training mode includes daily training and life-saving skills competition.
