中文摘要：身心处于自由状态的理性自由人是最富创新能力的人,自由教育正是培育自由人的教育模式。社会创新能力的高低与各发展阶段教育中蕴含的自由成分呈正相关。高等教育的行政化让自由教育渐行渐远,创新与创业教育的发展与国家预期的目标还有一段距离。多方推行、落实自由教育思想是当前大学创新与创业教育教学改革成功的关键。

外文摘要：Rational and free talents who accumulate knowledge and respect scientific laws have the potential characteristics of entrepreneurs and innovators,while free education is to cultivate rational and free people with perfect mind,good morality and love for truth.The level of innovation and entrepreneurship in China is related to the characteristics of free education contained in our traditional education,and the reform of administrative-oriented education and teaching has made free education astray.As a result,there exists certain distance between the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the one hand,and the expected goal of our country on the other.The key to successful reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is to carry out and implement the idea of free education in many ways.
