中文摘要:本试验旨在探讨玉屏风多糖对草鱼生长性能、免疫器官指数和肝胰脏非特异性免疫指标的影响,从而为玉屏风多糖在水产养殖上的应用提供理论基础。试验选择健康、体重相近[(74.50±2.50)g]的草鱼750尾,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复25尾,其中1组为对照组(Ⅰ组),饲喂基础饲料,其他4组为试验组(Ⅱ-Ⅴ组),饲喂在基础饲料的基础上分别添加0.8、1.2、1.6、2.0 g/kg玉屏风多糖的试验饲料。预试期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:各试验组的增重率、特定生长率均高于对照组,其中Ⅳ和Ⅴ组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);各试验组饲料系数均小于对照组,其中Ⅳ和Ⅴ组显著小于对照组(P〈0.05)。各试验组的头肾指数和脾脏指数均高于对照组,其中Ⅳ组的头肾指数以及Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。各试验组肝胰脏中一氧化氮含量均低于对照组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);各试验组肝胰脏中超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活力均高于对照组,其中Ⅳ组与对照组差异达显著水平(P〈0.05);各试验组肝胰脏中丙二醛含量均低于对照组,其中Ⅳ组与对照组差异达显著水平(P〈0.05)。综合来看,玉屏风多糖在饲料中的添加量为1.6 g/kg时可以显著改善草鱼的生长性能和免疫能力,获得较好的饲喂效果。
外文摘要:This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of Yupingfeng polysaccharides on growth performance,immune organ indexes and hepatopancreas non-specific immune indexes of grass carp( Ctenopharyngodon idellus),thus providing a theoretical basis for Yupingfeng polysaccharide used in the aquaculture. A total of 750 healthy grass carp with similar weight body weight [( 74. 50 ± 2. 50) g] were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 50 fish per replicate. The first group( group Ⅰ) was the control group and fed a basal diet,and the remaining four groups( groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ) were experimental groups and fed experimental diets supplementing 0. 8,1. 2,1. 6 and 2. 0 g / kg Yupingfeng polysaccharide based on the basal diet,respectively. The adaptation period lasted for 1 week and the formal period lasted for8 weeks. The results showed that the weight gain rate( WGR) and specific growth rate( SGR) in experimental groups was higher than that in control group,and the differences were significant between groups Ⅳ and Ⅴand control group( P〈0. 05); the feed conversion ratio( FCR) in experimental groups was lower than that in control group,and the difference was significant between groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ and control group( P〈0. 05).The head kidney index and spleen index in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,and the head kidney index in group Ⅳ and spleen index in groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05). The hepatopancreas nitrogen monoxide( NO) content in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,but the difference was not significant( P〉0. 05). The activities of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and catalase( CAT) in hepatopancreas in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,and the differences were significant between group Ⅳ and control group( P〈0. 05). The hepatopancreas malondialdehyde( MDA) content in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,and the difference was significant between group Ⅳ and control group( P〈0. 05). On the whole,supplementation of 1. 6 g / kg Yupingfeng polysaccharide in the diet can improve the growth performance and immunity of grass carp,and obtain a better feeding effect.
