中文摘要:“海洋天然产物化学”研究型课程基于多学科交叉思想,系统介绍了海洋天然产物的基本概况、基本研究方法、结构类型、不同海洋生物类群及其天然产物、海洋药物研发案例、生物技术在海洋天然产物中的应用等内容,注重规律、趋势分析和方法的实用性,有机融入课程思政,注意趣味性,采用启发、互动、研讨、分享和案例式教学,搭建科研交流平台,并结合考核训练学生文献阅读与学术评价能力。考核结果及调查问卷显示课程取得了较好教学成效,为该课程的进一步改进指明了方向,并有一定的参考价值。

外文摘要:The“Marine Natural Product Chemistry”course for graduate students is based on interdisciplinarity.It systematically introduces the overview of marine natural products(MNPs),basic methodologies,structural types of MNPs,the characteristics of different marine taxonomical groups and their MNPs,case studies of marine drugs development,and applications of biotechnology in MNPs.The educator attached importance to the analysis on regularity and tendency,the practicability of methodologies,the organically integration of ideological and political educational elements,and entertainment.The educational methods of enlightenment,interaction,discussion,sharing,and case studies were adopted in the teaching and learning.A platform has been set up for academic exchanges.Besides,the ability of foreign literature reading and analysis and the capability of academic evaluation were cultivated during assessment link.The assessment results and the questionnaires indicate that the course has reached good educational effects.The above educational exploration and effects will guide the further improvements of this course and can be taken as reference for similar courses.
