中文摘要：随着我国的建筑经济不断发展,建筑行业对工程造价的要求越来越高,不再满足传统的手工算量和手工计价,BIM技术使设计工程达到3D模型可视化,提高工作效率,有效减少标书编制时间。文中以某中学教学综合楼为例,分析投标报价的编制过程。通过借助BIM技术,利用广联达BIM土建计量平台和云计价平台,分析计算案例工程的工程量及相关计价内容,最后编制投标报价。

外文摘要：With the continuous development of China’s construction economy, the construction industry has higher and higher requirements for project cost. It no longer meets the traditional manual calculation and manual valuation, BIM technology make design engineering achieve 3D model visualization, which can improve efficiency and effectively reduce the time of bidding document. This paper will take a middle school teaching complex building as an example to analyze the process of bid quotatio. Through the use of BIM technology, the use of Glodon BIM civil engineering calculation platform and cloud pricing platform to analyze and calculate the amount of the case project and related pricing content, and a bid quotation is finally prepared.
