外文摘要：The key to the development of the economy under the new normal is the innovation driven which is complementary to green development.With the continuous immergence of network technology,network information process also shows a significant acceleration of development.This article,taking the information sharing service platform of Guangdong ocean university,analyzes how the university library take advantage of network technologies to expand the intelligence service and adapt to the development of blue economy innovation.
