中文摘要：目的:研究农村居民医疗卫生服务满意度的影响因素。方法:基于最新发布的中国综合社会调查数据(2015CGSS),运用多元线性回归进行分析。结果:女性、年龄越大、未婚、自评健康状况较好的农村居民对公共卫生服务的满意度越高;农村居民的家庭经济水平越高会显著提升对医疗卫生服务的满意度;互联网使用、社会保险覆盖情况与农村居民的医疗卫生满意度正相关;相对于中部地区农村居民,西部地区农村居民对医疗卫生服务的满意度更高。结论:应深入关注年龄较大的农村女性居民的健康需求、提升农村居民家庭的综合收入水平、加快建成覆盖全民的医疗和养老保障体系,缩减东部和中西部间医疗卫生资源配置的区域差距,以更好地提升农村居民的公共医疗服务满意度,助力推动健康中国建设。

外文摘要：Objective: To study the influencing factors of rural residents’ satisfaction with health services. Methods: Based on the newly released data of China General Social Survey(2015 CGSS), multiple linear regression was used for analysis. Results: Female, older, unmarried, and rural residents with better self-rated health status were more satisfied with health services. The higher the household economic level of rural residents is, the higher their satisfaction with health services will be. There is a significant positive correlation between Internet use, social insurance and rural residents’ satisfaction with health care. Compared with rural residents in central China, rural residents in western China are more satisfied with health services, while residents in eastern China are less satisfied. Conclusion: We should attach importance to the health needs of older female residents in rural areas and enhance the level of comprehensive income of rural households, speed up the establishment of universal health insurance and pension system, and reduce the gap of health resources allocation between the east and mid-west part of China, so as to better enhance the rural residents’ satisfaction of health services and help promote the construction of Health in China.
