中文摘要：从有利于系统稳定的角度对电力系统中线路重合闸时间的整定作了一些讨论。分析了实际系统中采用快速重合闸时应满足的系统条件,指出在能够判别瞬时与永久故障时合闸时间的整定应按最大送电方式分别整定计算。对于不能区分瞬时与永久故障的线路,应按照在最大送电方式下重合于永久性故障时计算出的最佳时刻重合,这样会提高系统的稳定性。

外文摘要：For the better stability of the system,some discussions are made on setting the reclosing time in power systems. The conditions that to apply fast reelosing must satisfy are analyzed. To ＇those we can distinguish between instantaneous and permanent faults, the reelosing time should be maximum power supply mode. To those we cannot, reelosing time should be coincident with the optimal time got from the permanent fault at.
