中文摘要：为解决海上实践教学面临的实习船舶少、航线短、船型单一以及费用高等因素导致的实习教学质量不高问题,本文在分析现有海上实践教学模式和中国航海实习船联盟的前提下,提出深入开展校政行企协同育人是提高海上实践教学的一种有效方式,对于探讨协同育人模式下的应用型航运人才培养具有显著的指导意义。

外文摘要：To solve the maritime practice teaching problem caused by less ship,short course,unique ship type,and high costs,based on the analysis of the existing maritime practice teaching mode and national fleet alliance,it is pointed out that it is an effective way to improve the maritime practice teaching to expand and deepen the School-GovernmentIndustry-Enterprise cooperation,which has significant guiding significance to explore the training of applied shipping talents under the mode of collaborative education.
