中文摘要：为了充分发挥文献资源的作用,促进广东经济社会的发展,实现科技强省的目标,本文针对目前广东省公共、高校、科技三大系统图书馆管理分散、文献资源分布不均且不能共享的问题,提出建立管理机制、投资机制、服务机制、协调机制、考核机制等制度,促进广东省文献资源的共建共享,同时为国家级文献资源的共享提供地区性服务。

外文摘要：In order that a full play can be given to the use of literature resources,and the development of Guangdong＇s economy can be promoted,and aiming at the current problems of scattered management,unbalanced distribution literature resources and no access to the shared literature resources existing in the libraries of the three major systems of the public,higher institutions,sci-tech departments in Guangdong province,this paper points out that by establishing some systems such as management mechanism,investment mechanism,service mechanism,coordination mechanism,inspection mechanism and so on,the libraries should promote the co-construction and sharing of Guangdong literature resources,and provide regional service of national level of literature resources.
