中文摘要:以新鲜石莼为原料,以叶绿素铜钠盐制得率作为评价提取效率的指标,通过单因素和正交实验对提取剂、温度、时间、料液比、提取次数等因素对叶绿素提取的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,浸提剂乙醇与丙酮质量比1∶1,温度为50℃,料液比为1∶4条件下提取200 min,叶绿素的提取效率最高,叶绿素铜钠盐得率为22.4%。
外文摘要:Using fresh ulva pertusa to extract chlorophyll were studied in this paper. Bychlorophyll copper sodium salt system rate as appraisal extraction efficiency target, with the single-factor experiment and orthogonal, systematically discussed the temperature, the time, the material fluidratio has withdrawn factor and soon number of times the influence which withdrew to the chlorophyll. The test result showed that, the ethyl alcohol and theacetone solvent ration was 1:1, the temperature was 50℃, expect the fluid ratio is 1:4 conditions withdraws 200 min, the chlorophyll extraction efficiency is the highest. The chlorophyll copper sodium salt rate is 22.4%.
