中文摘要：广东省是海洋大省,随着近十年以来对海洋的开发利用,海洋经济发展中一些矛盾和问题逐步显现,海洋发展面临资源与环境的双重压力。文章试图探寻海洋资源环境系统与海洋经济系统之间的耦合机理,构建海洋资源环境与海洋经济耦合发展的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型进行实证分析,揭示广东省海洋资源环境系统与海洋经济系统之间的耦合协调关系,并提出有效利用海洋资源环境、发挥海洋资源环境在经济发展中最佳效益的建议。

外文摘要：Guangdong is a strong marine province. With the development and utilization of the oceans over the past decade, some contradictions and problems in the development of marine economy have gradually emerged. The development of oceans is facing double pressures of resources and the environment. This paper attempts to explore the coupling mechanism between marine resources, environment system and marine economy system, then builds an evaluation index system for the coupling development of marine resources, environment and marine economy, and carries out empirical analysis using coupling coordination model to reveal the coupling and coordination relationship between marine environment system and marine economic system. Finally, this paper puts forward the effective suggestions for making effective use of marine resources and environment and giving full play to the best benefits of marine resources and environment in economic development.
