外文摘要：The records of the magistrates of Wuchuan county in Ming Dynasty are clear. According to the records, the time of Zhou Ying＇ao as Wuchuan magistrate is in twenty-fifth year to twenty-eighth year of Wanli period, which lasted for three years. Zhou has done many works for the residents during his years as Wuchuan magistrate, which should be valued as the historical wealth for Wuchuan.
