中文摘要:测定全缘马尾藻(Sargassum Integerrimum)全藻体的主要营养成分并进行营养综合评价。采用国家现行标准方法测定全缘马尾藻粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分、不溶性膳食纤维、氨基酸、脂肪酸和矿物元素含量。结果表明,粗蛋白含量为藻体干重的10.82%,粗脂肪为1.19%,灰分为31.0%,不溶性膳食纤维为46.0%;粗蛋白中含有18种氨基酸,必需氨基酸丰富,占氨基酸总量的40.0%;粗脂肪中含有16脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸占69.41%;矿物质元素含量丰富,尤其是钙、铁、锰含量高。
外文摘要:The common nutrient ingredient, insoluble dietary fiber, protein, amino acid, fatty acid and mineral elements in Sargassum Integerrimum were determined with the current national standard method and the nutritional value was evaluated. The results showed that the crude protein content was 10.82 %, crude fat content was 1.19 %, ash content was 31.0 % and insoluble dietary fiber was 46.0 %. There were 18 kinds of amino acids in the crude protein, among which essential amino acids accounted for 40.0 % ; 16 kinds of fatty acids in the crude fat were detected, among which unsaturated fatty acid accounted for 69.41% ; The content of minerals in S. Integerrimum were rich, especially Ca, Fe, Mn.
