外文摘要：Active participation in the construction of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road is strategically significant for the mutual benefits of Guangdong and the countries along the Road and great development of Guangdong. Guangdong should improve the overall planning and establish cooperation mechanisms in terms of legislation; set up investment catalogue and innovative forms of economic cooperation in terms of economy; and build high-end talent think tank, develop the Road euhure industry, and strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation in terms of culture.
