中文摘要:旨在探讨中国荷斯坦奶牛3′-磷酸腺苷5′-磷酸硫酸合酶2(3′-phosphoadenosine 5′-phosphosulfate synthase 2,PAPSS2)基因的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNPs)与中国荷斯坦奶牛乳品质性状之间的关系。通过提取141头中国荷斯坦奶牛的DNA,采用直接测序技术检测了PAPSS2基因多态性位点,并对不同SNP位点的基因型与乳品质性状进行了关联分析。结果显示,在PAPSS2基因第2内含子上发现了3个SNP位点,分别为I2-3686A>G、I2-3854G>C和I2-3917G>A,均存在3种基因型。具体而言,在第1个SNP位点中,基因型为AG的个体乳脂肪含量和干物质含量显著高于GG型个体(P<0.05);在第2个SNP位点上,GG型个体的尿氮素含量显著高于GC和CC型个体(P<0.05);而在第3个SNP位点上,与奶品质性状之间无显著性差异。结果表明,PAPSS2基因的SNP位点可作为影响中国荷斯坦奶牛乳品质性状的分子标记,有望应用于奶牛的标记辅助选择。

外文摘要:This study aims to investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in the 3′-phosphoadenosine 5′-phosphosulfate synthase 2(PAPSS2)gene and milk quality traits in Chinese Holstein cows.A total of 141Chinese Holstein cows were sampled,and their DNA was extracted to detect polymorphic sites in the PAPSS2gene using direct sequencing technology.The genotypes at different SNP sites were then correlated with milk quality traits.The results identified three SNP sites in the second intron of the PAPSS2gene:I2-3686A>G,I2-3854G>C,and I2-3917G>A,each exhibiting three genotypes.Specifically,at the first SNP site,individuals with the AG genotype demonstrated significantly higher milk fat and solids content compared to those with the GG genotype(P<0.05).At the second SNP site,individuals with the GG genotype exhibited significantly higher urinary nitrogen content than those with the GC and CC genotypes(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in milk quality traits associated with the third SNP site.These findings suggest that SNP sites in the PAPSS2gene can serve as molecular markers influencing milk quality traits in Chinese Holstein cows,providing potential applications for marker-assisted selection in dairy cattle.
