中文摘要：为了提高大珠母贝珍珠培育的绩效,分别比较植核贝的贝龄、植核季节和细胞小片保养对大珠母贝植核育珠效果的影响。育珠贝的休养和育珠时间分别为1个月和18个月。结果表明:贝龄、植核季节和细胞小片的药物处理对大珠母贝育珠绩效存在显著性影响(P<0.05),2.0龄手术贝的育珠绩效值最高,3.0龄育珠绩效值最低;4月份进行手术植核的育珠贝育珠绩效值最高,7月份进行手术植核的育珠贝的育珠绩效值最低;1号配液(3%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮+0.02%金霉素海水溶液)组具有最高的育珠绩效值。

外文摘要：The aims of the study are to investigate the effects of host oyster age, nucleus implantation seasonand medicinal treatment of mantle tissue on pearl production by Pinctada maxima, and increase pearlproduction efficiency. The periods of recovery and pearl farming after nucleus implantation were 30 days and18 months, respectively. Results showed that the effects of host oyster age, nucleus implantation season andmedicinal treatment of mantle tissue on pearl production performance were significant（P0.05）. Pearlproduction performance was the highest for 2.0 year-old oyster and the lowest for 3.0 year-old oyster. Theoysters having surgical treatment in April had the highest pearl production performance value while had thelowest value in July. And the highest pearl production performance was in medicinal treatment 1（3% polyvinylpyrrolidone and 0.02% aureomycin solution）.
