中文摘要：深水网箱养殖业是现代海洋渔业的重要组成部分,是海洋渔业转型升级的重要方向。自1998年以来,海南省深水网箱养殖业在网箱数量、规格、规模和养殖产量上都有很大进步,取得了突出成绩。在梳理有关深水网箱养殖业的理论成果及实践经验的基础上,通过实地调查、访谈和查阅文献等方法,概述了海南省深水网箱养殖业发展的现状,以海南省临高县为例,对其深水网箱养殖业各个环节及其上下游产业发展存在的问题进行了讨论,借鉴国内外深水网箱养殖业发展取得的经验和教训,提出了促进海南省深水网箱养殖业快速发展的系列对策建议。

外文摘要：Offshore cage aquaculture is an important part of the development of modern marine fishery,and the important direction for transformation and upgrading of marine fishery. Since 1998, the offshore cage aquaculture has made great progress and outstanding achievements in the number, specification, scale and yield of offshore cages in Hainan Province. The paper, based on theoretical results and practical experience in offshore cage aquaculture, through field investigation, interviews, literature review and other methods, summarizes the current situation of the development of offshore cage aquaculture in Hainan Province. Taking Lingao County of Hainan Province as an example, we analyze the problems in each link of offshore cage aquaculture and its upstream and downstream industry development, and put forward some suggestions to promote the rapid development of offshore cage aquaculture in Hainan Province by learning the experience and lessons from the development of offshore cage aquaculture at home and abroad.
