中文摘要:[目的]研究菠萝优良品种的抗旱性。[方法]用盆栽自然干旱法对巴厘、巴厘突变体、台农17号、MD-2、无刺卡因5种菠萝幼苗进行干旱胁迫试验。同时,对不同干旱胁迫期的叶绿素(a+b)、叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量变化进行了测定。[结果]在干旱胁迫初期,5种菠萝幼苗的叶绿素(a+b)含量均下降;在干旱胁迫中期,巴厘、台农17号、无刺卡因3个品种叶绿素(a+b)却增加;在干旱胁迫后期,台农17号、无刺卡因叶片内叶绿素含量再次降低;而巴厘、巴厘突变体、MD-2的叶绿素含量增加。叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量变化与叶绿素(a+b)变化基本一致,而叶绿素b的含量变化出现了较小的波动。[结论]在5个菠萝品种中,抗旱性的强弱依次为巴厘突变体、MD-2、巴厘、台农17号和无刺卡因。

外文摘要:[Objective] To study the drought resistance of excellent cultivars of Ananas comosus (L.).[Method] A total of five kinds of pineapple cultivars including 'Comte de Paris','Comte de Paris mutant ','Tainong 17','MD-2' and 'Smooth Cayenee' were studied under drought stress condition.The changes of total chlorophyll contents,chlorophyll a contents and chlorophyll b contents were determined in the different stages of drought stress.[Result]The results indicated that total chlorophyll contents in all seedlings were decreased in the initial stage of drought stress.Total chlorophyll contents in 'Comte de Paris','Tainong 17','Smooth Cayenee' was increased in the medium stage of drought stress.In the later stage,the total chlorophyll contents was reduced again in 'Tainong 17' and 'Smooth Cayenee',but increased in 'Comte de Paris','Comte de Paris mutant' and 'MD-2'.Moreover,the changes of chlorophyll a contents and chlorophyll b contents were consistent with that of total chlorophyll contents,but and chlorophyll b contents was not significant.[Conclusion] It can be speculated that the drought resistance order of five kinds of pineapple cultivars is 'Comte de Paris mutant ','MD-2','Comte de Paris','Tainong 17' and 'Smooth Cayenee'.
