外文摘要：The Asian Games 2010 is an important chance for Guangzhou to utilize the humanistic sport conception to boost its city image.During the holding of the Guangzhou Asian Games,attention should be paid to the combination of citizen civilization education with cultural promotion,the combination of people orientated services with fair competitions,and the combination of urban public management with urban environmental construction.Specific ways for Guangzhou to boost its city image by utilizing the Asian Games include the followings： enhance the popularity and reputation of the city image of Guangzhou;highlight the culture of the south of the Five Ridges and enrich the historical and cultural connotations of the city of Guangzhou;plan city construction scientifically and enhance the public management performances of the city of Guangzhou;boost its service performances and ensure the service quality of Guangzhou in holding the Asian Games;strengthen citizen education to show the good makings of Guangzhou citizens.
