中文摘要：汉语语文辞书的编纂一直沿着传统的轨道滑行,陈陈相因,没有大的突破。外向型学习词典又承袭内向型语文词典的体式,难以脱胎换骨。使用元语言方法,不失为一种创新策略。而元语言方法的使用有赖于元语言工具的研制。在元语言工具尚未研制成熟的情况下,增强元语言意识十分必要。

外文摘要：The Compiling of Chinese linguistic dictionaries always slides along traditional orbit and makes no big breakthrough.Foreign oriented learner＇s dictionaries are hard to change their innate nature because they just copy the compiling methods adopted by domestic oriented linguistic dictionaries.A strategy innovation is to use metalanguage method based on metalanguage tools.It is very necessary to strengthen metalanguage consciousness before metalanguage tools are fully developed.
