中文摘要:本试验旨在研究不同饲粮钙水平对贵妃鸡生长性能、体尺性状及趾骨特性的影响,以评价贵妃鸡饲粮中钙的适宜水平。选用1日龄贵妃鸡240只,随机分为5组,每个组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,分别饲喂钙水平为0.65%(基础饲粮)、0.80%、0.95%、1.10%和1.30%的玉米-豆粕型饲粮(可利用磷水平为0.51%),试验期49 d。结果表明:1)饲粮钙水平对贵妃鸡生长性能有显著的影响(P0.05)。2)饲粮钙水平显著影响贵妃鸡的腿肌率和腹脂率(P0.05)。3)随着饲粮钙水平的提高,贵妃鸡龙骨长呈断线变化(P0.05)。4)饲粮钙水平对贵妃鸡趾骨粗灰分和粗灰分钙含量有显著影响(P〈0.05),且随着饲粮钙水平的提高呈二次曲线变化(P〈0.05)。综上所述,平均日增重、平均日采食量、体斜长、龙骨长、胫围以及趾骨粗灰分、粗灰分钙含量是贵妃鸡体内钙的营养状况的敏感指标,综合以上敏感指标得出1~49日龄贵妃鸡饲粮中钙的适宜水平为1.10%(可利用磷水平为0.51%)。

外文摘要:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary calcium (Ca) levels on growth performance, body measurements and toe quality of princess chickens. A total of 240 1-day-old princess chickens were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates of 8 birds each, and were fed a corn-soybean diet (available phosphorus 0.51%) containing 0.65% (basal diet), 0.80%, 0.95%, 1.10% and 1.30% of Ca, respectively. The experiment lasted for 49 days. The results showed as follows: 1) dietary Ca level had a significant influence on growth performance (P0.05). 2)The dietary Ca level had significant influences on the percentages of leg muscle and abdominal fat (P〈0.05) except for other carcass indices and meat quality. With the increasing of dietary Ca level, the percentage of abdominal fat was linearly decreased (P〈0.05), but the percentage of leg muscle tended to show a quadratic effect (P=0.072). 3) The shank length showed the broken-line effects (P〈0.05), while the body length and metatarsus circumference showed the quadratic effects (P〈0.05) with the increasing of dietary Ca level. 4)Dietary Ca level had significant influences on the ash and Ca content in toe ash (P〈0.05), which showed the quadratic effects with the increasing of dietary Ca level (P〈0.05). In conclusion, average daily gain, average daily feed intake, body length, shank length, metatarsus circumference, toe ash and Ca content in toe ash are suitable for evaluating Ca requirement for princess chickens. The appropriate level of dietary Ca for princess chickens during the age of 1 to 49 days is recommended to be 1.10% (available phosphorus 0.51%).
