中文摘要：民粹主义已成为当前的热点问题。从伦理学角度观察与分析这一现象是较为新颖的视角。当前民粹主义泛滥的伦理根源主要表现为:群体性的价值观分裂与人格分裂成为普遍现象,宣传与教育领域尚存的敌对思维及冷战思维模式的不良影响,网络社群的失范,国家与社会秩序的失序等。要治理民粹主义,重建伦理,需要从以下方面着手:重建国家与社会、公民的关系,尊重公众的主体性;改革传统的教育与宣传工作,培育现代国家意识及健全国民人格;克制塑造民意的政治冲动,建构良性的政治伦理及网络伦理;强化制度伦理与法治伦理,完善民众参与的路径。

外文摘要：Populism has become a hot issue at present.It is a relatively new perspective to observe and analyze this phenomenon from an ethical perspective.The current ethical roots of populism are mainly manifested as: group value splitting and personality splitting become common phenomena,hostile thinking in the field of propaganda and education,and the adverse effects of the Cold War mentality model,the anomie of the online community,state and social disorder and so on.To govern populism and rebuild ethics,we need to start from the following aspects: rebuild the relationship between the state and society, citizens,respecting the subjectivity of the public;reform traditional education and propaganda work, cultivate modern state consciousness and improve national personality;restrain the shaping of public opinion Political impulses,construct benign political ethics and network ethics;strengthen institutional ethics and rule of law ethics,and improve the path of popular participation.
