中文摘要：随着电子商务智能化的程度越来越高,O2O模式在餐饮业中应用不断加快,智能食堂O2O模式应运而生。然而,作为新兴、快速成长的电子商务模式,O2O模式下智能食堂推广运用过程中存在信息泄露、逃避税收、食品安全等法律风险。在分析O2O模式智能食堂法律风险的基础上提出针对性的对策建议。

外文摘要：As the degree of intelligent e-commerce becomes more and more perfect,the application of O2O model in the catering industry is accelerating,and the O2O model of intelligent canteen comes into being.However,as an emerging and fast-growing e-commerce model,there are legal risks such as information leakage,tax evasion and food safety in the promotion and application of smart canteens under the O2O model.Based on the analysis of the legal risks of the O2O model smart cafeteria,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
