中文摘要：基于2000—2019年江西省相关时间序列数据,运用向量自回归(VAR)模型分析农业科技创新、农业技术效率与农业经济发展之间的动态关系。结果表明:农业科技创新、农业技术进步与农业经济发展之间存在长期稳定均衡的关系,但三者之间作用机制复杂,各自对自身贡献率最大且短期内贡献率波动较大,而前二者对后者在长期内具有持续提升影响。总的来说,农业科技创新与农业经济发展的相互效果是正向的,而农业技术进步与农业经济发展的相互作用结果复杂,在不同时期的作用和方向不一致;相对于农业技术进步,农业科技创新对农业经济发展的贡献率较大,农业科技创新投入对农业经济增长的短期影响更为显著。因此,要提升农业科技创新的长期效应,发挥农业科技创新经费投入的规模效应,提高农业科技创新能力,培养高素质农业科技创新人才,提高农业技术生产率。

外文摘要：Based on the relevant time series dataset of Jiangxi province from 2000 to 2019,this paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between agricultural scientific innovation,agricultural technological efficiency and agricultural economic development through the VAR model.The results show that there is a long-term,stable and balanced relationship between agricultural science innovation,agricultural technology and agricultural economic development,while the interaction result of agricultural scientific innovation and technological progress on agricultural economic development is complex,they have the maximum contribution to themselves and fluctuates greatly in the short term.Overall,the mutual effect of agricultural scientific innovation and agricultural economic development is positive,the function and direction of agricultural scientific innovation and agricultural technology are inconsistent in different periods;compared with technological progress,agricultural scientific innovation contributes much more to the development of agricultural economy,the short-term impact of agricultural scientific innovation investment on agricultural economic growth is more significant.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the long-term effect of agricultural scientific innovation,give full attention to the scale effect of agricultural science innovation fund investment,improve the ability of agricultural scientific innovation,cultivate high-quality agricultural scientific innovation talents and improve the productivity of agricultural technology.
