中文摘要：为了解胰岛素抵抗素基因是否存在单核苷酸多态性,及其与肥胖、脂肪沉积的相关性,选择纯种蓝塘猪、陆川猪、临高猪、长白猪、大白猪和杜洛克猪,采用PCR-SSCP方法,结合相关测定指标做进一步基因分析。结果显示在供试的6种纯种猪中抵抗素基因启动子检测到CC、TT和CT3种基因型,内含子-1有EE、FF、GG、EF、EG和FG6种基因型,内含子-2有LL、MM、NN、LM、LN和MN6种基因型,外显子-2有CC和GG2种基因型;基因频率与脂肪沉积量分析表明,两者存在相关,说明抵抗素基因存在单核苷酸多态性,且与脂肪沉积调控有关。

外文摘要：To explore the correlation between the polymorphism of single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） of Resistin and the reguration of fat diposition, screening formulations in the entire coding region for Resistin gene mutations were performed by the polymerase chain re.action-single strand conformation polymorphism （PCR-SSCP） in Lantang, Luchuan ,Lingao,Landrace,Large white and Duroc pigs, respectively. Detected results of genotype showed that genotypes were no polymorphism in exon-1 and cxon-3, two genotypes distributed in exon-2 （CC and G-G）, three genotypes in promoter region （CC,TT and CT）, six genotypes distributed throughout intron-1 （EE,FF,GG,EF,EG and FG） and intron-2 （LL,MM,NN,LM,LN and MN）. Variance analysis revealed that Resistin gcne had a high linkage with their growth and fatness traits. There are SNPs in Rcsistin gcnc in pigs, and these SNPs have association with fat diposition and obesity in pigs.
