中文摘要：广东省是海洋强国建设的主力军和排头兵,也是参与建设21世纪海上丝绸之路和海洋经济建设的强省。广东海洋强省建设必须置于中国海洋强国战略体系之下。海洋经济强省是海洋强省的基础与保障,广东海洋经济强省建设既要发挥现有海洋经济规模、海洋产业地位、海洋经济发展能力以及临近港澳、海陆协调发展等优势,也要挖掘海洋科技、遍及全球海洋国家华侨华人产业实力、海洋社会文化等综合潜力。在壮大海洋经济综合实力基础上,特别重视海洋产业的国际获利能力,不断提升其全球产业地位与竞争力,在实现海洋经济强省过程中为实现海洋强国目标做出贡献。

外文摘要：Guangdong Province is the main force and vanguard to build a maritime power,Guangdong’s participation in building the 21stCentury Maritime Silk Road and a strong province of maritime economy is undoubtedly an important guarantee.The construction of Guangdong’s maritime power must be under the system of China’s maritime power strategy.The strong maritime economy is the foundation and guarantee of a strong maritime province.To build the strong maritime economy in Guangdong,we should not only give full play to the scale,status and development capacity of the existing maritime economy,make use of the advantages of proximity to Hong Kong and Macao for coordinated development of both maritime economy and land economy,but also tap the comprehensive potential of maritime science and technology,industrial strength of overseas Chinese in maritime countries all over the world,and the maritime social culture.On the basis of strengthening the comprehensive strength of the maritime economy,we should pay special attention to the international profitability of the maritime industry,constantly improve its global industrial status and competitiveness,and make greater contributions to steadily advancing the goal of a strong maritime power in the process of realizing a strong province of maritime economy.
