中文摘要：本文以我国农村内需市场为研究对象,运用市场过程理论以及分工与市场的相互作用原理,分析了我国农村内需市场的发展现状及其制约因素,提出了要发展农村内需市场就必须:①发挥农村经济主体的企业家才能,来提高经营性收入和工资收入水平;②政府要加大转移支付力度以增加转移性收入;③完善农村社会保障体系来释放农户家庭的保障性储蓄;④改善农村市场基础设施和商业网点布局以增加有效供给;⑤改革农村金融体制和运行机制以减少流动性约束等政策建议。

外文摘要：This paper takes the rural domestic market as research object;it analyzes the present situation of the rural domestic market and main constraints,based on the Market Process Theory and the principle of interaction between the division of labor and market evolution.This paper puts forward the follow policy suggestions to develop the rural domestic market continuously.Firstly,the actors and economic organization who are in rural economy,should give full play to the entrepreneurship to increase the operating income and wage income.Secondly,the government needs to heighten the farmers＇ transfer income by increasing the transfer payments.Thirdly,the government should release the rural households＇ security deposit by constructing and improving the rural social security system.Fourthly,the government should increase the effective supply in rural market by perfecting the rural market infrastructure and commercial network layout.Finally,The government need to reduce the monetary liquidity constrains by innovating the rural finance system and operating mechanism.
