中文摘要：廉租住房是政府解决弱势群体住房问题的一项保障措施。廉租房目前存在的最大问题主要是缺乏建设资金,廉租房资产证券化作为一种新的融资方式,对解决廉租房建设资金不足具有重要的意义。本文主要对廉租住房资产证券化的法律关系进行分析。

外文摘要：The cheap rental apartment is the item guarantees measure which the government solve the housing problem of minority community. The biggest problem of the cheep rental apartment is shot of building capital. The cheap rental apartment asset--backed securitiess used problem has the important meaning,is impartant. This article mainly analyze legal relation on the cheap rental apartment asset--backed securities.
