中文摘要：民族主义的最终目标是建立民族国家。在世界民族主义进程中,各民族建立单一民族国家或者统一的多民族国家的进度明显不一是由多种原因造成的。在绝大多数的民族国家建立及演变过程中,都可以看到外部力量的介入。外部力量介入其他民族的民族国家建立过程的动机多种多样,但大都带有功利的目的。外部力量的介入,对于世界民族主义进程产生了显著的影响。

外文摘要：The construction of nationalism means the formation of nation-state. In the process of democracy advancement in the world, every country shows its non synchronism obviously. There are many reasons for non synchronism. At present the majority of nationalist state in the world cannot avoid the outside influences in the process of establishing and developing nation-state. The motives which get involved in other countries＇ nationalism movement are many. But these involvement can brought direct influence on the process of nationalism.
