中文摘要:为研究酵母培养物对肉仔鸡生产性能、营养物质表观代谢率及血液生化指标的影响,选用240羽22日龄、健康、体质量相近的AA肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,试验期21d。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组为酵母培养物组,在基础饲粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%的酵母培养物。结果显示,各酵母培养物组肉鸡的平均日增体质量和平均日采食量均显著高于Ⅰ组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组干物质、表观代谢能、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的表观代谢率均显著提高(P<0.05),且各酵母培养物组粗灰分表观代谢率有提高的趋势(P>0.05);Ⅳ组血清蛋白含量显著高于其余各组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组尿酸含量与Ⅰ组差异不显著(P>0.05),而Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组含量显著提高(P<0.05);各组间血糖含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加酵母培养物可提高生长后期肉仔鸡营养物质表观代谢率,改善血清生化指标,进而提高其生产性能,适宜添加量为0.15%。

外文摘要:The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of yeast culture on the growth performance,nutrient apparent metabolic rates and serum biochemical indices of broilers.Two hundred and forty 22-day-old Abor Acres chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The chickens in the control group (group Ⅰ) were only fed with a basal diet while groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ were yeast culture groups,supplemented with 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20% and 0.25% yeast culture,respectively.The results showed that both the average daily gain and feed intake in experimental groups (groups Ⅱ-Ⅵ) were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the F/G in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly decreased.Yeast culture in groups Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ significantly enhanced the apparent metabolic rates of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,and AME,and there was a increasing tendency in crude ash as well.Compared to the other groups,the serum total protein in group Ⅳ was improved significantly.The serum cholesterol and triglyceride in group Ⅵ were significantly improved compared with the control group.However,compared to the control group,the serum uric acid in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ had no significant differences,but the serum uric acid in the others were improved.There was no significant difference in serum glucose.In conclusion,supplementation of yeast culture can enhance nutrient apparent metabolic rates,ameliorate the serum biochemical parameter,and then improve the growth performance of broilers.The appropriate supplementation amount of yeast culture is 0.15%.
