外文摘要：This paper carries through relative analysis of Chinese ocean industry development by the theory and method of gray relative analysis according to data documents from Chinese Ocean Statistics Yearbook and Communique of Chinese Ocean Economic Statistic published by State Oceanic Administration People＇ s Republic of China （SOA）, then further analyzes developing prospect and trend of ocean industry based on relative analysis.
