中文摘要：基于2005-2019年中国284个地级市的面板数据,以国家开发区的设立为准自然实验,运用渐进双重差分法研究国家开发区设立对地区技术创新能力的影响效应。研究发现:第一,国家开发区的设立能够显著地提升地区技术创新能力,模型通过了平行趋势检验;第二,通过单差法和反事实检验,证实基准回归结果具备稳健性;第三,通过作用机制检验,发现集聚效应和资源配置效应在国家开发区设立对地区技术创新能力的影响中具有一定的调节效应;第四,开发区类型和城市等级的异质性分析结果显示,经济技术开发区和高新技术产业开发区的设立对地区技术创新能力的促进效应比其余三种国家开发区的促进效应更显著,而且城市等级越高,开发区设立对地区技术创新能力的促进效应越显著。

外文摘要：Based on the panel data of 284 prefecture-level cities in China from 2005 to 2019,this paper studies the impact of the establishment of national development zones on regional technological innovation capacity by using progressive differential method.The results show that:firstly,the establishment of national development zones can significantly improve regional technological innova?tion capacity,and the model passes the parallel trend test.Secondly,through the single difference method and counterfactual test,the baseline regression results are robust.Thirdly,through the mechanism test,it is found that agglomeration effect and resource allocation effect have a certain moderating effect on the regional technological innovation ability.Fourthly,the results of heterogeneity analysis of development zone types and city levels show that the establishment of economic and technological development zones and high-tech in?dustrial development zones has a more significant promotion effect on regional technological innovation capacity than the other three na?tional development zones.Moreover,the higher the city level,the more significant the promotion effect of the development zone on the regional technological innovation ability.
