中文摘要:散打是一项对抗性很强的项目,在运用踢、打、摔、拿的技术动作时,距离感与时间差掌握得好坏,直接关系到比赛的胜负,距离感与时间差的练习是学习散打必需掌握的内容。而这方面的理论知识正是许多散打爱好者所缺乏的,因此,很有必要作详细介绍。笔者根据多年的教学、训练和比赛经验的总结,阐述了散打的距离感和时间差的概念,并对其练习方法进行了分析与探讨。使散打爱好者能有一个理论上的认识,从而提高散打的技术水平。

外文摘要:Free-boxing is a sport of strong competition. While using the skills of kick, beat, knock, and hold, a good master of distance feeling and time difference is vital for contest. Practice of distance feeling and time difference is an essential content for learning free-boxing. And many athletes of free-boxing are lack of concepts and information. It is necessary to introduce the theory in detail. In order to make the free-boxers have a better understanding theoretically and improve their boxing competence, this essay expounds the concepts of distance feeling and time difference of free-boxing,analyzes and researches on the ways of practising boxing.
