中文摘要:水蒸汽蒸馏法提取红树植物白骨壤Avicennia marina叶的挥发油,经气相色谱/质谱联机分析,检出13个色谱峰,鉴定出13个化合物,主要是2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚,2-苯基-1,3-丁二烯和4-羟基-2-甲基苯乙酮等。并讨论了上述挥发油化学组成的特点及主要组分的用途。

外文摘要:Volatile oil from the leaves of mangrove plant Avicennia marina was extracted by steam distillation method. Thirteen peaks were detected and thirteen compounds were identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The main compounds were butylated hydroxytoluene, 2-phenyl-1, 3-butadiene and 4-hydroxy-2-methyl acetophenone, etc. The characteristics and utilization of these chemical constituents from the essential oil were discussed.
