中文摘要:目的:研究马氏珠母贝、菲律宾蛤仔、波纹巴非蛤和缢蛏4种贝类糖胺聚糖(GAG)体外对羟基自由基(HO·)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的清除作用。方法:采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定贝类糖胺聚糖对羟基自由基(HO·)的清除作用,采用邻苯三酚自氧化法检测超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的清除作用。结果:在羟基自由基体系中,波纹巴非蛤PUG显示较强的清除作用,IC50为6.75 mg/mL;马氏珠母贝CPG、菲律宾蛤仔CRG和缢蛏SG对羟基自由基的清除作用随剂量增加而上升,最高分别可达到47.9%、45.6%和45.9%;在超氧阴离子自由基体系中,马氏珠母贝CPG、菲律宾蛤仔CRG、波纹巴非蛤PUG、缢蛏SG的清除率最高分别可达到37.7%、36.8%、32.4%和36.5%。结论:3种贝类GAG在体外对羟基自由基与超氧阴离子自由基均具有一定的清除作用,显示一定的抗氧化活性。
外文摘要:Purpose: To study the free radical scavenging capacities of four kinds of crude products of glycosaminoglycans(GAG). Methods: The scavenging effect to the hydroxyl radical were detected with the oxidation of 1,10-phenanthroline -Fe^2+; the scavenging effect to the superoxide radical were determined with the self-oxidation of pyrogallic acid system, Results: In the hydroxyl radical assay system, GAG from Paphia undulata(PUG) showed good scavenging effect, IC50 was 6.45 mg/mL, While for GAG from Pinctada martensii (CPG), Ruditapes philippinarum(CRG) and Sinonovacula constricta(SG), free radical scavenging effects were as high as 47.9%, 45.6% and 45.9% respectively. In the superoxide radical assay system, the scavenging ratio of CPG, CRG, PUG and SG were as high as 37.7%, 36.8%, 32.4% and 36.5% respectively. Conclusion: The four kinds of glycosaminoglycans have certain scavenging effect to hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical.
