中文摘要：海洋经济在国民经济中的地位日益凸显,加强海洋经济学学科建设具有重要的理论和实践意义。在学科特点上,海洋经济学研究包括微观、中观、宏观和可持续研究四个维度;在研究对象上,由于海洋经济具有整体性、综合性、公共性、高技术性、关联性、复杂性和高风险性的特点,其研究对象应呈多元性;在研究方法上,海洋经济主要采取马克思主义经济学、西方经济学、哲学与系统论方法等。

外文摘要：The position of ocean economy in the national economy has become increasingly prominent and to strengthen the construction of ocean economics is of important theoretical and practical significance.In the subject characteristics,the research of ocean economics includes four dimensions,such as macroscopic,moderate,microcosmic and sustainable research;in the research objects,it should present diversity because of the completeness,comprehensiveness,publicus,high-technology,relevance,complexity and high-risk characteristics of ocean economics;in the research method,the ocean economy mainly takes the Marxist economics,Western economics,philosophy and systems theory approaches.
