中文摘要:学分制作为当前我国高校教学管理改革中的核心内容,在主动适应经济社会发展对高校人才培养的需求,满足广大学生自主发展、多样化成才的需要,深化人才培养机制改革,提高人才培养质量方面具有重要意义。依循学分制管理的要求,高校引入本科生导师制则可以提升人才培养模式的内涵,在传统共性教育之外,以因材施教和个性化培养的方法和策略,促进学生知识、能力、素质协调发展。文章以广东海洋大学法学专业实施本科生导师制为例,剖析其实践中存在的问题,提出相应改革建议,以确保学分制背景下法学专业人才培养目标的充分实现。
外文摘要:The credit system as the core content of the current reform of teaching management in universities of our country is of great significance. In accordance with the requirements of credit system management, the introduction of undergraduate tutorial system in colleges and universities can enhance the connotation of talent training mode, besides the traditional general education, by adopting methods and strategies of individualized cultivation and teaching according to their aptitude to promote their balanced development in knowledge acquisition ability and quality. Taking the undergraduate tutorial system of law major in Guangdong Ocean University as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in its practice, and puts forward corresponding reform suggestions to ensure the full realization of the training goal of law major talents under the background of credit system.
