中文摘要:首次报道一种十二烷基伯胺乙酸盐可以作为柚子皮果胶的沉淀剂,在pH3.5,温度50℃的稀果胶萃取液中加入十二烷基伯胺乙酸盐溶液,可与带负电荷果胶形成不溶于水的果胶十二胺盐复合物,完全沉降析出,再经过酸解和乙醇洗涤步骤,得到灰分低于1%的果胶,产率高达17.5%,有机胺可以回收重复使用。与传统的酒精沉降法相比,节省了真空减压浓缩工序,大大降低了酒精的用量。与饱和硫酸铝盐析法相比,灰分低,纯度高。本法提取工艺简单,效果较好,可以作为高效率制备优质果胶的一种新方法,为利用废弃物开发制备生物大分子多糖——果胶开辟了新的途径。
外文摘要:In this paper the use of dodecylamine acetate salt for the precipitation of pectin is reported, After extraction from shaddock skins the pectin solution was first precipitated with dodecylamine acetate salt at pH3.5 and 50℃, and then dissolved with dilute hydrochloric acid and washed with alcohol, Ash content of product pectin was less than 1%, and extracting yield is 17.5%, This method is better than the alcohol precipitation method and the saturated AI2(SO4)3 precipitation method and can be a new method for extractinng the hitch quantity pectin.
