中文摘要:采用XAD16大孔吸附树脂对金花茶多酚进行初步分离纯化,获得分离后的组分A、B、C,以VC和绿茶多酚作为阳性对照,通过建立不同的体外自由基体系·(OH、DPPH·、O2-、NO2-)和还原能力的测定,探讨了金花茶多酚的抗氧化作用,实验结果表明:金花茶多酚具有明显的清除·OH、DPPH·、O2-、NO2-的活性,且具有较强的还原能力,其中组分B、C清除自由基和还原能力与绿茶多酚相当。

外文摘要:In this paper the XAD16 macroporous resin was used to separate the crude polyphenols from Camellia Chrysantha(Hu),and the component A,B,and C were obtained.Elimination abilities of·OH,DPPH·,O2^-,NO2^-as well as the reducing capacity were studied in vitro.Vc and green tea polyphenols were used as standards in these various antioxidant activities.The results showed that component A,B and C exhibited strong reducing capacity,scavenging effects on·OH,DPPH·,O 2^-and NO 2^-.And the antioixidation activity,reducing capacity of B and C were equal to green tea polyphenols.
