外文摘要：Through the investigation on Chinese bibliographic data from a university library,more than a dozen of problems were found.This paper analyzes the causes of problems,from aspects of technical,operational,internal and external causes,and then puts forward the countermeasures for improving the quality of Chinese bibliographic data.
